Landform was founded in 2002 on a simple premise: that the space between buildings deserves as much design attention as the buildings themselves. We've spent two decades proving that landscape is infrastructure, not decoration.

A studio built on patience.
Eleanor trained as an ecologist before becoming a landscape architect, and that order has shaped everything since. Landform doesn't start with a mood board it starts with a site visit, often several, before a single line gets drawn.
That approach lost us a few clients early on who wanted faster answers. It's also why the clients who do come on board tend to stay for decades, and why our gardens tend to look better five years in than they did on handover day.
