Most residential gardens fail at one point: the design is about what looks good in a photograph on handover day, not about how the space actually gets used two years later. At Verdana, we start by understanding how you live in your home not just how you'd like your garden to look.
That means understanding which direction you face, when you're home, what you do outside, which views matter to you, and which don't. We fold that into every design decision, from the fall of light on a terrace at 6pm in September to where a child would naturally run if you opened the back door.
